This new four bedroom airconditioned house is on the outskirts of Golden Beach (Skala Panagia), about 900M from the sea. With stunning views of the surrounding mountains on three sides, and the olive groves and the Aegean to the front, the setting feels secluded yet is only minutes away from the restaurants and shops of Golden Beach, Skala Potamia and Panagia. Golden Beach is one of the biggest and most popular sandy beaches on the island and has been awarded a Blue Flag of excellence for many years.


All windows and doors in the house are fitted with pull-down ‘flyscreens’ and privacy shutters. It sleeps eight easily and the flexible arrangement will accommodate up to fourteen, with toilets on each floor and two wet rooms/showers.

The interior is very spacious and contemporary offering flexible and versatile accommodation over three floors for one or more families. Outside, the large enclosed patio area is ideal for children, and gives a marvellous setting for twilight alfresco dining while watching the lights of the mountain village of Panagia.


 
 
 
 
 

An extendable modern dining table beside the patio doors, and a modern brand new well appointed kitchen (microwave, dishwasher etc) give freedom of choice for mealtimes. As well as the built in oven/grill/hob, there is of course a barbeque and outside garden furniture.

The living room area has double patio doors leading on to the front balcony, a widescreen satellite TV and generous seating. Each of the sofas and the chair make into comfortable additional beds to accommodate larger groups.

Three double bedrooms on the first floor each have balconies with table & chairs. From the two smaller rooms at the front you can watch the sun rise over the Aegean, with views of the olive groves stretching to the mountains. At the rear of the house there is a large bedroom with balcony looking up to the mountains, from which you can watch the sun set directly over the mountain village of Panagia. There is a further very large L-shaped bedroom on the lower ground floor which has windows along the front and one side. Fitted with two single beds together with a further two comfortable folding beds if necessary, a large wardrobe, a chest and dresser, plus its’ own shower/toilet/utility room, this is the most adaptable room in the house. It is here that the washing machine and drying/ironing facilities are located.

With private off road parking behind locking gates, three minutes drive or ten minutes walk to the sea, shops and nightlife, this is a house with much to offer one or more families seeking quality holiday accommodation in a beautiful, tranquil location.
