on the fringes of Limenas town and a short stroll away from a sandy beach. It has access to all amenities and is about a 15 minute walk to the centre and 5 minutes from the Ferry. It has a superb view across the sea to the mainland and beyond of the mountains. Right beside it there is the biggest swimming pool in town.

The apartment is on the top floor with a very large balcony facing the sea, and the second towards the mountains.

Complete and modern kitchen with all the necessary equipment and which opens into the living / dinning room.

Two good size bedrooms, one with a double bed and the second with 2 single beds. An extra bed could fit into this room. The living room also has a double bed settee. The bathroom is fully tiled with a shower, basin and WC.

There is no garden, but there is plenty of open space in front of the apartment for kids to play as well as a long beach nearby. Parking is available and there are no pets allowed. This apartment sleeps up to 6 persons.
