This new and spacious Maisonette is conveniently located near the main road in Skala Rachoni and is a short stroll away from a sandy beach. It has access to all amenities and is about a 10 minute walk to the centre, a 5 minute drive from the ferry port in Skala Prinos and a 15 minute drive to Thassos Town and its port.
The maisonette has three floors with two large balconies and a superb view to the Aegean sea and mainland Greece. It consists of three good size bedrooms, two of them with a double bed and one of them with 2 single beds. It also consists of two bathrooms and a complete and modern kitchen with all the necessary equipment which opens into the living / dining room.
Right beside the maisonette is a very large swimming pool for those who wish to stay close by but would still like to have a swim and work on their tan.
There is a small yard where kids can play as well as a long beach nearby. Parking is available and there are no pets allowed. This Maisonette sleeps up to 6 persons.
