Entrance to the flat is from the road out-of-town towards Nisteri. There is outside on-road parking. You enter into a cool and spacious entrance hall, with a tiled staircase up to a large landing area which is shared by the three upper floor flats.
The flat offers a large kitchen/diner, separate double bedroom, shower bathroom and a roomy balcony with views to both the sea and the mountains.
The new, fully fitted and fully equipped kitchen has a full size cooker, microwave, large fridge-freezer, and enough pots and pans, utensils, crockery and cutlery to provide the opportunity for you to cook banquets during your stay should you prefer to stay in rather than eating out. The simple, bistro style dining table allows easy and relaxed indoor eating for four.
The lounge area, which offers additional sleeping facilities for up to three, also provides a comfy settee, coffee table for your cuppa or beer, a new television and an open fireplace which would be quite sufficient to warm the apartment on cooler days. The bedroom has a double bed, two double wardrobes with rails and drawers, a bedside cabinet, a dressing table and a wall mounted mirror.
The bathroom has a fully enclosed shower, bathroom cabinet with Mirror and light, and an extractor fan. The washing machine is also fitted in the bathroom.
The balcony offers the opportunity to sit outside for your cocktails or for snack meals, and is furnished with four elegant wrought iron chairs, and a wrought iron table, with a parasol to shade you from the afternoon sun.
We also provide you with a fullsize vacuum cleaner iron and ironing board, drying rail for your smalls, and a full complement of linen for up to four people.
