This recently completed and thus very modern maisonette is approximately 300 m, an easy 5 minutes stroll, to golden beach and to all facilities of the holiday resort of Skala Potamia. It is located in a small new development which has become a true international community, with residents, both Greek and non Greek, living there all the year-round, as well as visiting for their extended summer holidays. Your neighbours will soon be your friends for life. It has easy access to the main road around the island, which is served all the year-round by buses from Limenas town, on their way to Kinira, Ailiki and Limenaria, as well as providing easy access to all the shops, restaurants and bars of Skala Potamia and the swimming pools of nearby hotels. The maisonette has its own dedicated parking area, and a small garden area to the front as well as a built in stone barbecue.


It is a very spacious three-bedroom maisonette over three floors, with the accommodation flexibly arranged to accommodate up to nine people comfortably. The lower ground floor provides a large bedroom, the first floor has the kitchen, dining and living area, and a shower and toilet. The lounge opens to a roomy balcony which is sufficiently large to enable outdoor eating. The top floor has a full-size bathroom and toilet, balconies to front and side and two bedrooms. It is air-conditioned, as well as having central heating, and an open brick fireplace in the main lounge.


 
 
 
 
 

The living room is furnished with a three-piece suite, comprising a bed settee that can sleep two people, arm chairs, and a dining table and chairs for indoor eating. It has a large open fireplace, which heats the whole area beautifully in the cooler evenings, and is equipped with a television and a CD player. The kitchen area is fully equipped with a full-size cooker, microwave, adequate cupboard and storage space, and large fridge freezer, and a full-sized washing machine. This dining, living, kitchen room is fully air-conditioned. There is a wide range of pots and pans, plates, cups and saucers, cutlery, utensils etc, everything that you need to provide a feast for yourself and your guests! The lounge area opens via double doors onto its own balcony, which is equipped with tables and chairs, and which offers a view over to the mountains, and out to the garden of the maisonette, so you can keep an eye on the younger members of your party while you are sitting on your own balcony, sipping your morning tea or coffee or your Sundowner cocktail.

The top floor has two double bedrooms, one with a double bed, and one with twin beds. Each bedroom has its own mirrored dressing table and wardrobe. Each bedroom has its own balcony with an exquisite view of the surrounding mountains and to the sea at the side and tables and chairs. The bedroom on the ground floor is exceptionally spacious, has a double bed, as well as a pouf which acts as an additional seat during the day, and unfolds to make a comfortable single bed. This room is well provided with wardrobe and storage space. All windows have mosquito screens fitted.

There are two bathrooms, the one of the top floor which has a toilet, bath and a shower over and the one on the first floor which is a shower and toilet.

There is a small lawn and fenced in garden area to the front of the house. To the side there is an outside brick built barbecue.
