The villa has three floors with a bathroom and two bedrooms on the ground floor, one of which opens into the swimming pool area and a third bedroom on the top floor with a private bathroom. Two large balconies offer a superb view of the Aegean sea and mainland Greece.
The villa has a fully equipped and modern kitchen which opens into the living / dining room.
This rental has two good size bedrooms with a double bed, and a smaller room, which nevertheless also has a double bed. A child can also sleep on the sofa in the living room. A total of 6 people can sleep here comfortably.
It has two bathrooms fully tiled with a shower, basin and WC.
There is a small yard where kids can play and where you can enjoy a barbeque. Parking is available. Safe and clean beaches are very close.
Every Monday morning there is a bazaar in Prinos Village (10 minutes by car). good choice of clothes, home textiles shoes bric -a-brac, vegetables, fruit and flowers. Not to be missed, lot's of fun!
