This is a detached two floor villa, with a separate one bed roomed basement apartment, providing versatile and flexible accommodation, either for a family with parents and children wishing to have their own private spaces, or for two families sharing. The villa and the apartment are available to be rented as one booking, or can be rented separately. The villa sleeps up to four, and the apartment up to five.
The layout is over three floors. The basement is a one-bedroom apartment with large lounge, kitchen diner, shower bathroom, with access to its own outside patio area, and with its own gateway and access from the road. The villa is over two floors, upstairs it has a double bed room, with extensive balcony spaces, shower bathroom, and storage on the landing. Downstairs is the kitchen diner, lounge area and balcony to the side. There is an additional shower, toilet and laundry room downstairs. Access between the villa and the apartment is by an outside stairway.

The Villa
A fully fitted kitchen, with modern cupboards and worktops, providing extensive storage space, dining table and chairs, a full-size cooker, large fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, sandwich maker, coffee maker, picnic equipment, pots, pans and baking trays etc. The lounge area has a Swedish light oak lounge suite providing a double bed settee with two modern armchairs, a fully stocked bookcase, coffee and occasional tables, sidelights, player and CDs, games, writing materials, maps, guidebooks and local information. etc. There are mozzie zappers, torches and candles.
The bedroom is furnished with a large triple wardrobe, dressing table and mirror, bedside tables and lamps.
There are two bathrooms, the upstairs bathroom with a shower with cabinet, hand basin with cabinet and shaving point and the downstairs bathroom with a shower and basin and washing machine. Cleaning items are stored here too.
There are gardens to the front and at the side, and patios on two levels, all are equipped with tables, chairs and umbrellas, providing adequate space for all-fresco dining, sunbathing if wished, or just chilling and relaxing either in the sun or in the shade, and making the most of the superb location of this villa with the exquisite sea and mountain views.

The Apartment
The apartment is very spacious, and brand new, and has substantial storage space. It provides a twin bedded room with adequate wardrobe and cupboard space, a roomy bathroom with shower with cabinet, and a fully equipped kitchen with a full-size cooker and hob, large fridge-freezer, kettle, toaster, sandwich maker, coffee maker, pots, pans and baking trays etc.
The lounge offers a comfortable settee, and a single armchair, the settee converting into a comfortable double bed, and a large picture window looking onto the gardens opposite and beyond to the mountains. A spare, folding bed is available.
Outside there is a large paved patio area with table, chairs and umbrella, separate access to the roadway, and a stone stairway to the adjacent villa above.
