The villa is two stories and the ground floor apartment is available for rental. The apartment is very spacious, with a big balcony in the front and direct access to the swimming pool. Inside is a complete and very modern kitchen which opens into the living/diving room area.
There are two good-sized bedrooms one being the master bedroom with a double bed and the second with two twin beds. There are also two double bed settees in the living room. The master bedroom has its own bathroom with a bath, basin, and WC. There is a second bathroom in the hall with a shower, basin, and wc. The apartment is ideal for two families sharing a holiday.
The garden encircles the house, with a swimming pool to one side and paved stones all around, the perfect place to relax, have a dip, watch the sun set whilst having a barbeque. The view is absolutely glorious.
